Hi, I’m Danielle! As a Certified Running Coach AND Sports Therapist, I offer a unique 12-week package designed to do more than just build mileage. We build resilience, optimize your unique running mechanics, and ensure you arrive at the start line stronger, faster, and most importantly, injury-free.

The 12-Week Core Program: Weekly In-Person Sessions

This is a high-touch, tailored experience. Each of your 12 weekly in-person sessions will be dedicated entirely to your current needs, addressing everything from your heavy training week to minor niggles. Sessions can cover:

  • Targeted Strength for Runners: Learn specific exercises to fortify running-critical muscles, directly translating to better performance and durability.

  • Active Injury Management: Immediate, evidence-based assessment and treatment for any flare-ups. Keep training consistent!

  • Gait Analysis & Technique: Dive deep into your running form to unlock hidden efficiency.

  • Training Adaptation: Fine-tuning your existing plan to match your recovery rate and daily life demands.

  • The Performance Triangle: Expert guidance on running shoe selection, fuelling for endurance, and recovery protocols (including dedicated recovery massage time).
