Sports Therapy

Following an in-depth assessment, I will utilise a range of treatment techniques including joint mobilisation, exercise rehabilitation, taping, and gait re-education, to address the root cause of your pain. Throughout our treatment sessions we will develop a long-term solution to empower you to take control.
Sports massage
Ease muscular tension and recover faster. Through the application of specifically selected massage techniques to suit your desired outcome, we can reduce tension, improve muscle pliability, aid recovery, or prepare you for race day. Functional Strength Training
Build strength and fitness safely, even if you're worried about recurring injuries. Combining sports therapy expertise with strength training principles to identify your weaknesses in strength and flexibility, we will develop the right exercises to prevent aggravation and setbacks, to rebuild your foundation strength. The Rebuild Project
Minimum 6 sessions
Learn to confidently move your body with flexibility & strength without fear. The Rebuild Project is a course that is specifically tailored to build a strong foundation, address weaknesses in strength, flexibility and movement to reduce injury risk & recurrence of old pains that have previously held you back.

Run Support Package
Marathon training requires a personalized approach. As a Sports Therapist, certified running coach, and experienced runner, I offer the Marathon Training Support Program to provide exactly that.
Starting with a thorough assessment including joint mobility & muscular strength, we will identify areas that need our attention.
From individualized strength plans, and running program amendments to suit your needs, to hands-on therapy and regular check-ins, I'll be there every step of the way.

If you’ve had an injury for sometime or have sustained an injury that will require support throughout your journey to return to sport or activity, purchasing in advance is your most cost effective option. Valid for 6 months and sessions can be used against any of my tailored solutions.
